To Book an Appointment:

If you would like to book a first appointment, please call or email our Intake Worker during the designated intake hours (see below) to go through our intake process prior to setting up an appointment. If you are an existing client, you can call or email with any scheduling requests and/or changes, and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Monday: 11:30 am – 7:30 pm
Tuesday & Wednesday: 1:30 pm – 5:30 pm

Please call or email to book an appointment in a time slot that works best for you.  

If you wish to create a standing appointment (i.e., same day/time every week), be sure to indicate to the Counselling Support Worker the number of weeks you would like reserved.  Otherwise, appointments are made on a week-by-week basis.

Office Hours: Daytime appointments available 1-2 days per week. Please call our Winnipeg office for details.

*Please note that Niverville counselling sessions are booked through the Winnipeg office.  The above schedule refers to counselling hours in Niverville.  Review the Winnipeg office hours to check when a Counselling Support Worker will be available to help you set up an appointment or answer any questions you may have about counselling at Turning Point.
